Air 2S Mapping
Hi all, New to DroneLink...Having some trouble with the mapping. I am using the Premium version on Android. Check that, just upgraded to Elite.
So I've tried to create the map grid from what is presumably a template. When I move the waypoints around, it changes the grid dramatically, and I can't seem to figure out how to keep the "lawnmower" up and down grid, and if that isn't enough, can't figure out how to delete whatever I do and start over! Having trouble getting my head around it. I need to create a point cloud.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Look for the circle in the middle of your map. It has a bunch of icons on it - click and drag those and watch what they do.
I think the bottom one is the one you are looking for.
As for creating a point cloud - watch this video - I think it will give you what you are looking for.

Another question...Where I need to do the map there is no cell and no Internet. I've planned the mission on my computer, but wondering what else I need to do on my Android when onsite (or before) in order to be "offline" for the mission?

While you still have access, go into the app, click on the three dots next to the mission name and select "Download for Offline".
You will then be able to load that even if you have no signal.

Just another piece if information if you weren’t aware. If you move something or made a mistake you can Undo (go back) which will remove that change. The left arrow will undo, the right arrow will redo. You can Undo many times and go back to where you had it correct. Then if too far back just click forward arrow to the point you want. Only works on an open plan so once you exit the plan it will not work. This may help for future plans. Enjoy.
