How can i merge the a set of facade (vertical pictures) photos to create a single image?
I needed to photograph a large image but am only able to position my drone 20 feet away from the target (at maximum) which means the whole image will not fit into one picture.
I wondered if I can use the Facade feature to address this. I setup a plan to take a series of vertical photographs that covers the entire object. Ideally I would like to find a solution to similar to MapsMadeEasy that can combine a series of horizontal photographs into one detailed image.
Is there a way to combine the vertical individual photographs into one detailed image?

Might be worth trying ICE or webODM
Martin
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure what you mean but "ICE", but I've been reviewing webODM, and it seems promising.
Thanks again,
Jacques
ICE is Microsoft ICE - which stands for Image Composite Editor. It is a free program but, obviously, only runs on windows.
WebODM is great and my go-to. If you don't want to install it on your machine you can run it in the cloud. They give you some free credits to start so that you can try it out - link here https://webodm.net/uav_mapping/19634 (open kimono - that is my referral link)
It is also possible to do it with Photoshop, PTGui, maps made easy, and a bunch of others.
