Hello, I have a Mavic AIR2 and an AIR 2S, I am trying to use the application with a smartcontroller but with none of the drones the application connects to them, in the upper left part the disconnected message appears, thanks in advance

Thanks, I'll give a try
Hello Mike, I have tried everything that the post says and neither of the two drones is still not connected, there is talk of granting permissions but I do not know how to do it, any help would be very welcome.
Thanks. Christian
It’s an Android OS device so it will ask to grant permissions on a bunch of things. Uninstall the app and re-install it following all the instructions. All of the permissions should pop up and you must grant them all. Maybe you missed one or two. Also According to DL you must have Google Play and Google services installed.
It will work but as stated earlier you will probably have issues using it. It’s very old Android technology from I believe 2014 and not sure if they even allow updating the OS. That’s a 6 year old device and DL recommends a device produced within the last 1 to 2 years for best results. You would be better off using a phone or even better a Tablet or iPad. Save yourself a lot of frustration and you will have a far better flying experience. Good luck.
