360 Rotations while climbing
If I would do it manualy, I would :
- set the gimbal at -90°
- climb (up or down) and rotate (left or right) at the same time. Meaning in mode 2, left stick [up/down] & [left/right].
How is it possible to do this with DL ? Thx

Check out the on the fly spiral component or might be possible with a rotation component or even orbit
I don't think it's possible, as I understand you want to rotate the drone heading while climbing/descending on a vertical axis. It's been discussed previously with all sorts of work-arounds which created spirals or something else but not ascending/descending on a vertical axis. It would be nice if the vertical component could include altitude changes within, but as far as I know it doesn't.
Martin, spiral means moving even few meters. I will use this workaround if nothing better.
David, this is it. Pity if DL does not know how to manage this movement, as it is very basic.
Hope Jim will add that to the next features.
It can be done. Try this project on for size. https://app.dronelink.com/southwestern-aerial-studios/tsimek-public/plan/HMOg1TgWdyRbFpRaRgPz
The above example was sloppy after I looked deeper at it. I forgot to set gimbal to take affect for entire climb. Hardly noticeable because of the way I used the orbit component, but please use this other project as a better example. https://app.dronelink.com/southwestern-aerial-studios/tsimek-public/plan/WH88UNhJ0Nr5S0fQookM
Thanks Tony. I understand it remains an orbit with constant radius of 1 m that means that the drone will rotate.
I will test it once heat wave will be over. More than 40° each day here ...
This is just a spiral up with 1 m radius, not straight vertical up.
