Which plan will cover my Mavic 2 Pro

Stanton Kramer

The different plans are a little confusing as it pertains to different drone "series".  I have a Mavic 2 pro.  I have the "Basic" plan currently and only had the Mavic 2 when I purchased DroneLInk 2 years ago. I never used it because it was too complicated, but I can see that it is a bit more simplified now.

Currently I have a Mini 2 and the Mavic 2 Pro.  Will both drones operate Basic or Premium?

Looking at this, you need Elite for the mavic 2 pro, so will need to upgrade which is another $70, I've got elite myself and having great fun with it with my mini2 (who needs to splash out on a mini3 pro, when you've got a combination like that)

Actually since you bought that Basic plan two years ago you should check what features it had at the time. Log into the Web app and click on the three dots at the top of card. Then click on the three dots next to your accounts plan and select “See All Features”. It will show exactly what your plans features are. Both your drones may already be included in your older plan. A lot has changed in the pricing and some older plans may already have what you needed. You don’t lose anything which was included at the time you purchased your Hobbyist plan. They never take away something you paid for even if the plans change. I’m not saying you can’t upgraded but, I’d check your plan features before you make a decision especially if you will not be using it much. Just some info to consider. Enjoy….
