Onboard with on the Fly functions?

If I use an "on the fly" tool in the smartphone app, will it automatically be used onboard for onboard-compatible drones, e.g. Mavic Pro? Or do you have to convert it like in the web app?
So, my example, I load an on the fly application with my Mavic Pro, will it be automatically applied as onboard?

    No, it uses virtual stick by default.
