Confusing advertising
How do I get my money back? Mapping is not an option with the plan I bought, which is the only reason I bought it. Confusing advertising. Please refund money.

Same issue. Advanced mapping is misleading. Only reason I purchased the app.

Unfortunately says quite clearly in the App that these functionalities are only available on the professional plans. From there after spending half my day of leave on simply trying to get something I paid for to work, when you’re told only the Professional plans have that, sending you directly to the purchase page, you don’t go into a further deep dive. Just trying to enjoy my time off work here. Not get into bloody semantics of why that’s not false ads. At best it’s misleading. There is a world where being straight is more important than money.
As a side note, I was refunded just now. At least that. But I could have done without the frustration and negativity from it… Much rather pay a little more and just have fun without all these politics and money making tactics.
This app is confusing and make sure its way to over complicated.

Must admit I find Dronelink a lot easier to use than the likes of litchi, which is probably the reason it's my go to app, whenever I fly, even free flying
