Does the App really works with Air 2S?

I have been testing your app for the first time with my DJI Air 2S today. I couldn't take a single photo. There was a problem controlling the gimbal first and a problem taking control in general afterward. This happens every single time I tried. I did it 6 times, turning off and on the drone and the controller/app. Is there something I am missing or the app doesn't really work in my drone?

Make sure to be on the latest DJI drone firmware, as there are bugs in older firmware versions that have been fixed!
