Impossible to start mission - DJI Mini 2
Hi,
I have bought and install Dronelink app (Elite version, 90€.................) on my smartphone Huawei P30 (Android), for my DJI Mini 2, but it's impossible to start a mission.
Randomly error messages appears when I try to start a mission : "countdown stop", "drone disconnected", "telemetry delayed", ...
Can someone helps me?
Or can I have my money back ? (others apps seems to works well...)

It sounds like there is a problem with the connection between the drone and the remote controller, or the remote contorller and the mobile device (which are both hardware / DJI SDK issues). Have you tried reinstalling Dronelink and making sure you granted all permissions, or can you try installing Dronelink on another mobile device just to see if it has the same issues or if it is specific to this phone?
Can you possibly share one of these missions, so someone can take a look at it
i do have the same problem , i have got the elite version , i can build fly plan but cant run them
