360 Panoramas
Hey all,
Newbie here.
Got my first drone. Mavic Mini (1). Doing 360 virtual tours of real estate.
Not sure what package to buy as I just need 360 photos (sphere) for now. Do the software stitch the photos by itself?
Thanks in advance

Not that I would want to dissuade you from buying an awesome piece of software but...doesn't the Mavic come with the ability to create 360 panoramas?
The Mavic Mini can’t do panoramas. Just single and intervals. No AEB, Panoramas or RAW photos.
You may try the DL public Repo “360 Photo”
I added this share of the plan but you can Pull it directly from the DL Public Repos if you want. Also, this just captures the photos so you will need to stitch them together yourself. Also adding a link which discusses this function. Hope this helps.

Thank you Mike.
I will look at it.
I am certain I saw on YouTube that with the Dronelink app you can do 360 with stitching. It was a guy testing it on a beta version 1 year or so ago.
DL only captures the images, no stitching.
Jim thanks that's for that. I think it captures sphere images all by itself so you don't have to do it one by one.
Which package can do that. Hobbyiest?
Dronelink doesn't stitch them, check out Microsoft ice
ICE works great, if you can still find an installer for it since Microsoft has discontinued support. I'm making sure I keep mine safe for future installs! (It can be found on some file share sites, but not officially.)
MS ICE
As several have stated, DL doesn’t process panorama shots just as DL doesn’t produce 2D or 3D images from photos. All that is done by the user. Jim McAndrew is the creator of DL so if he says it there is no plan to automatically do them, I’d believe him. Lol.. Enjoy…
Here's a download link for the last version of MS ICE: https://download.fileeagle.com/files/2016/09/ICE-2.0.3-for-64-bit-Windows.msi
ICE does a pretty good job in most cases. My favorite feature is that it can make panoramas directly from panning video, which I use a lot with all my cameras. For a long time, I've been complimenting Microsoft for offering this program for free; it's a shame they abandoned it, but I guess the bean counters won any debate they may have had.
No android App to do the same ?
