Dronelink on Smartcontroller

Camille de Selys

Hi,

I bought a Dji Air 2S with smartcontroller. I installed all required apk to dronelink. I created a plan in app.dronelink with my computer. When I launch the app on the smartcontroller and log in, I retrieve this plan. But when I try to launch it, the aircraft cannot take off, a message says "Unable to take off" (or anything like that) without any explanation.

Do you have an idea ?

Thanks a lot !

Lots of reasons why that might be.  I'd suggest trying to take off with the Fly app and see if that works - if not, that should give you more idea what the problem is.

As Barry stated, could be many reasons why. Have you looked over this link. Android devices can be a bit tricky. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for your replies.

@Barry :The Dji Fly app works fine. I just wish to create plan on my computer. I don't know if it's possible with the Fly app ? As I had a Mini 2, I already use dronelink

@Mike : yes, I already looked over this article. If the Android version of the smartcontroller is tricky, why is there an article about "how to install dronelink on Dji devices" ? I bought the pack with the radiocontroller because the screen is beter than the screen of my smartphone. Perhaps it's possible to use the radiocommand of the Mini 2S with the Air 2S when I want to use dronelink ?

    thanks a lot
