Which type of plan do I need for setting up a mission that stops for each picture?

Based on the following support article (https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/4419665270803-Time-or-Distance-Capture-Priority-and-Custom-Photo-Types-for-Maps-and-Facades), I believe that I need to be able to set the capture priority to Distance Capture Priority and set the capture speed to close to zero. Is this a feature on all Hobbyist plans? Thank you for any help that you can offer.

Do you want to take photos at specific locations but bring the drone to a complete stop first - e.g. for AEB photos?

For that I use inspection, but I don't think that is available in the hobby plans. But, if we knew more about what you are trying to achieve then we might be able to offer some suggestions.
