Thinking of upgrading to Elite from Premium
Hi, as the title says I'm thinking about upgrading to Elite from premium and have had a look at the comparison chart (even though I've not actually flown using Dronelink yet..lol), however there are one or two items I'm not sure what they do as when i click on the hyperlink associated with them i just get a page of Java script, or there is no explanation provided, the items concerned are as follows:
- Disengage (from what i can work out this is a programmed pause in the mission)
- DJI waypoints (I'm guessing this is the ability to upload waypoints direct to drone, so seeing i fly mini2 is N/A)
- onboard compatibility
- Restriction Zones (I did find the video on this, but an explanation linked from the list might be nice)
- Multiple elements (link just goes to load of java script)
Any assistance with any of the above is greatly appreciated (links to posts or videos)

Yes, this stops the mission. You can then fly manually and when you hit the play button again, it will continue the mission from where it left off.

You can mark out areas where the drone should not go and then it will avoid those during mission planning - e.g. a map with an area marked out will fly around that area. Note that areas also have an altitude, so if you make out a zone up to 100ft for (say) a tree a map that flies over that will not be affected but a map lower than that will fly around it
Allows you to have multiple things all in a single flight I believe - e.g. an orbit, path, etc.
Cheers Barry, since I posted I'd found the introduction to functions video which led me in the right direction for the multi elements thing, which is basically a way to do on the fly what we can do in the web app which is great, as it was something i'd wondered about.
This programme just seems to have so much potential, it's unbelievable
