More information which should help. First I’d go into the devices settings as explained in the article Jim sent. The mass majority of time the DJI Fly app hasn’t been Force Closed. Swiping up will not force close the app on any Android device. This must be done every time after using the DJI Fly before opening the Dronelink app. Also, I’d set the auto-startup in those settings to “None” as explained in that article. If you don’t then every time you power on the controller the DJI Fly app will startup and run in the background and you won’t know it. Two apps cannot be connected at the same time which is usually why it won’t connect. If you still cannot get the drone to connect with the live feed working then DL staff may want to know which Android device are you using.
