Unable to import csv
Hi,
Yesterday I created an account on dronelink (tacken).
After upgrading from basic to elite I was able to
import Litchi missions. Today dronelink says it is
unable to open up the same file. What to do?
Best regards, Norbert Tacken

Take care, Norbert
Hi again,
Sorry for the spam, today I have no issues whatsoever myself.
Dronelink imports correctly and without any delay.
If this is consistant, I will be a happy new customer.
All the best,
Norbert Tacken
I've just upgraded to Elite and unable to import a litchi csv, I just get this

Litchi Mission https://flylitchi.com/hub?m=5CIfXqZL5U
I was able to import that CSV.
very strange tried on 2 machines, what browser are you using Jim McAndrew, i'm on Waterfox, I'll try it in Edge & report back
Ok, an update, I've got the following 9 files that I've exported from Litchi
I've tried importing on 2 different PC's,using 3 different browsers and also the mobile app, and I can only import the following 1,5 & 6.
Version 3.3.1 | Kernel 3.3.1
1, 5, and 6 have "long" as the column header for longitude, and the others have "lo". It appears that the ones that say "lo" are also in metric vs the ones that say long are imperial. Is there something you are doing after export that mangles the headers, or is this a bug in litchi, or is it intended to have inconsistent header names?
Hi Jim McAndrew, No I'm not doing anything after export, I'll try changing that header and see what happens, I'll also ask about it on the Litchi forum, cheers for taking a look
Please let me know if they say "lo" is normal and I can add it to the list of acceptable header names (which is already "longitude" and "long")
I've changed them to Long and they import ok, I've posted over there, as soon as i hear back I'll let you know
Speaking to one of the other regulars over there Jim McAndrew, and it looks as though it's normal as he is seeing the same, so maybe add it the acceptable headers
👍
Jim, latest file I've imported had longitude in the header, just thought I'd give you the heads up (no pun intended)
