Problem installing update due to conflict with existing package
I have two versions of Dronelink installed on my smartphone: the regular one and the DJI version. I have a Mini SE that I use with the Dronelink app, while I use the Mini 4 Pro with Dronelink for DJI. So far, no problems.
When I open the Mini SE version, I'm notified of an update. I download the APK file and start the installation, but the process fails because I get an error regarding a conflict with another existing package.
How do I upgrade?

It sounds as though you have a version from the Play store & trying to update it with a version downloaded from Dronelink (or Vise versa) which is what causes this error, so what I would recommend, is that you uninstall the version you are trying to update, then install the latest version for the SE direct from Dronelink (This is what I've done for my mini2)
Ok, thanks.
Personally, I solved this problem by using:
- A refurbished iPhone 8 with DJI Fly and Dronelink for the Mavic Mini and DJI Mini 2,
- A Samsung A34 with Dronelink DJI for the DJI Mini 3.
All updates are performed by downloading the appropriate APK from the Dronelink website after first deleting the previous version.
