Signal loss during the mission
I’ve been using Dronelink for a short time, and systematically I run into the problem that when starting the mission, it shows the message that it’s losing signal. So, do you know how you are fixing this and when will the problem that shows as signal loss on the screen even when the drone is in direct line of sight and in an open field be resolved? Or is it my phone? I have a DJI Mini 4 Pro and a Samsung A34 cell phone.

Signal loss is not an app issue. The connection between the drone and controller is a drone signal issue. More than likely there is signal interference which is causing this or possibly a drone/controller issues. Have you flown in a completely different area to see if it persists ?
Hi Mike. What you're saying is what I initially thought, but the problem has arisen in different scenarios: in urban areas (with low population density, few or no power lines) and in rural areas (without nearby houses or surrounding vegetation), with the drone about 3 feet away. That's why I decided to write to see if you could guide me regarding the problem I'm encountering. Regards.
Using a Samsung A34 and a DJI Mini 3, I encountered a strange phenomenon when starting orbit flights.

However, it did not appear to be caused by a loss of signal, as the live video feed was never interrupted.
May need to send a screen recording of the issue. As I mentioned the signal connection is between the drone and controller and the app has nothing to do with signal loss. Most don’t realize these drones can be flown manually without any app because it will have connection between the drone and controller. Obviously no one would do this because you lose the live feed and all the functions but it can be done. A couple things to try. First, does the drone have a connection and no signal loss when using the DJI Fly app. Second, are there any errors being reported at the top in the message bar when connected with the DJI Fly app. Other thing to try is doing a firmware refresh on both drone and controller using DJI Assistant 2 PC software. Even if it’s up to date I’d still do a Firmware Refresh which doesn’t take long and can’t hurt anything. Check and report back if anything of these suggestions solves the problem. If still an issue then send a screen recording.
Also, is it just reporting the signal loss. Will the mission still execute and fly. Years ago the Mavic Mini had a reported signal loss in the DL app but everything worked find. It is was a false error being reported by the DJI SDK which the DL app just reports. Just remembered this.
Hi Mike, I haven't had any problems using the DJI Fly app. I'm going to pay closer attention to the messages when I'm using DJI Fly to see if any error messages pop up like you mentioned, and I'll also try updating the firmware using DJI Assistant 2. I'll keep you posted.
From what I’ve seen, this latest comment you made could apply to what’s happening to me—that is, it’s a signal loss warning, the mission continued, and the drone kept flying.
If missions are working then it’s more then it’s more than likely a false error. If the DJI Fly app indicates no errors then you can simply hide the notification. DL added this option due to many false errors on several drones.
