Password Not working
Password change not working and then when I made mission, it's missing the MP4's????

I assume you are trying to change your password for the web app (not the support center)? Per the instructions, did you check your spam folder? If so and you still don't see it, did you confirm your email is correct?
I assume you looked on the SD card for the media? Please share your mission plan.
Im gonna try the mission again. It does have Video as part of mission. And yes I checked SD card and no MP4's are there.
I tried changing password in support center. I just used GOOGLE to log in and it's fine but password doesn't work for support center.
