Moving missions

Instructions for moving missions don't work. I follow the examples given, i.e. select "Move All Components", but only the reference point moves. When I follow the instructions for copying and moving a mission, the first step is to click "start editing". That doesn't show anywhere on my screen, only "+Add" to add a component

To move the location of a mission, do the following:
1. Open the mission whose location you want to move
2. on the map go to the location you want to move the mission to
3. Right click and select "Move Reference"
4. Select "Move all components"
