Camera Bug during flight planned

alfio rapisarda

Given the flight planning on a plot of land that will require me to change 3 batteries, I raised the drone to 30% battery to experience the "back to home" and the consequent battery change and then see if I would resume the flight from where it left off .. but as soon as I pressed "play" to start the flight planning the application screen regarding the camera went black. In a panic, I moved one of the joystick levers and in doing so the "back to home" command was deactivated, replacing it with the manual, but I no longer knew where the drone was. In fact, I have not found it and being near the port I'm afraid it ended up in the water .. I have the "Care Refresh" can somehow cover this problem? Or what can I do?

Sorry to hear that you lost your drone. Is there a reason you didn’t just press RTH again after it deactivated the first time? Can you share your mission plan and flight logs?

    Hi Jim,

The reason is that I'm new to the use of drones at an amateur level, in fact it's only 2 months that I have the drone. I'm not quite mastering the features I have available yet, so I'm doing tests and didn't even know I could reset the RTH.

I sent my mission plan to noreply@dronelink.zendesk.com; for the flight logs, where do I've to check on Dronlink?

If you don't feel comfortable posting here, then send to support@dronelink.com. Flight logs can be obtained per these instructions:

In reference to the link you sent me, I don't have a "com.dronelink.dronelink" folder:

I didn't find anything either texting "dronelink" on the search bar.
