Feature Request: Use Custom High-Resolution Orthophoto Layer for Mission Planning
Hello,
I’ve been using Dronelink for a few months and I have a requirement I’d like to discuss.
In some areas, the satellite imagery resolution is too low to design routes and grids as precisely as possible. Since we have created our own orthophotos, I would like to overlay them (or potentially replace) the Mapbox imagery used by Dronelink, using properly georeferenced orthophotos.
A related issue I’m seeing is that when I place a point to create a simple orbit around a building, using the maps in Dronelink, the building is not always perfectly centered. My thought is that using a high-resolution, georeferenced orthophoto layer (produced by us) could also improve the centering/accuracy when placing these objects. What do you think? Is something like this possible or on your roadmap?
Thank you.

At the moment there is some beta testing going on with Google maps and it's associated imagery, more details can be found here
