Impossible Login Firefox
I have Firefox on Mac Os X, and I can't connect, it's blinking on login. It just work on private windows.

Hi Patrick. Go to the last posting by Jim and try that log out link. See if that will work for you. There are a lot of otter threads regarding this issue. Searching will save you time and not add additional threads with same issue. It’s not a big deal but something to remember in the future. The support on this forum is incredible so if you can’t find the answer here or in the DL support articles someone will help. Enjoy…

Thanks, it solve the blinking problem but not the connection problem. It has worked before (october at least).
What do mean it won’t connect ? Do you mean the mobile app won’t connect to your drone ? If so what drone and device are you using ?
I can't connect to the web site with Firefox on Mac OS X. I've managed to do it with private session, but no longer with normal session. It was working before.
On the phone, no problem to connect. If it works, don't change anythings.
Hey Patrick. Since it works when switching to Private Browser it tells me that it’s more than likely something in the browsers junk. Private Browsing starts with no junk and doesn’t keep things like cache, browsing history, cookies or website data which is probably why it works when you switch to it. I’d clear all, cache, browsing history, cookies, tracking protection, offline website data etc…. “Absolutely everything.” Then I’d even power down the Mac and turn back on with a fresh start. Give it a try. If it still won’t work I’d delete Firefox and reinstall it but I think if absolutely everything is cleaned out it will work. I have only used Firefox for years on my iPad but it even works on my Windows PC even though it’s a dinosaur. It has been proven to work the best with the DL Web app when it comes to the loading 3D mission preview, smoothness and quicker when adding or changing anything with no lag when it updates the plans. Press advise it this fixes the issue.
