I can't log in on my computer to create a mission

Try clearing all the browsing history, cache etc. I’ve had it do that and it solved the constant login screen flashing over and over.
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried clearing in Chrome and Safari. I'm still not able to log in. The progress bar below the password just keeps moving.
