Login issues
Hi, i'm trying to login to my account both from my Redmi Note 8 Pro and a Lenovo laptop (both with Android 10), and it gets stucked after entering my email and password. How can I proceed?
This doesnt happen when I login via web

Hi Matias,
Are you able to login on your PC desktop with no issues? I use Chrome on a PC and I can login with zero issues. However if I log in via Safari on my iPad Mini, I must scroll up to the top each time and "Accept Cookies". You have to do this 2 or 3 times and then you can click the blue button to complete the login.
I would really think it is related to accepting cookies in the browser on your mobile tablet. Hope this helps.
Thanks! Buy maybe I didn't explain myself. For logging in in the browser, I have no problems. The issue is with the mobile app
Then I am unsure what it could be. If using the same email and password, there should be zero issues logging into the app. Hopefully someone else will be able to help out with this. I would try resetting your password in the app, then see if that works after the PW has been reset. Beyond that I have no idea.
