Is it the same issue ?

I don't think it's the same issue because I can never get video, whereas with the Mini 3 Pro it sounds like they are getting video feed initially and then it drops out.
Unless something has changed very recently, the RC Pro 2 is not supported. If you go to the DL download page the only supported controller is the RC-N2.

Hi, I'm just wondering if their has been any update with regards to the live video feed issue with the RC Pro 2 and the Mini 4 Pro? I believe that DJI have just released a new SDK, and wonder if once implemented this will solve this issue.

Is this the same scenario for the the RC Pro 2 and Mini 4 Pro? I just downloaded the software 2 days ago and still faced with the blank video feed.
Easiest way to find out is to download the Beta and test it.
Already downloaded and tried the Beta version and unfortunately the live video feed issue is not resolved.
Thanks for trying that out and updating here, Craig. I think the issue might be that when installing the app, it never asks for permission to use video in the device, whereas other apps do. It must be set to 'deny' by default, and there's just not an option to allow it. I searched around in all the app settings and can't find a way to allow permission for video.
Jim McAndrew, since this app is still in beta development, is that something you guys could add? I know the RC2 Pro controller is not explicitly supported, but it looks like it's already pretty close to working. If I could fly mapping missions with this drone/controller combo, it would be huge for me.
Thanks for your help!
Hi Tim, no problem at all, i hoped it would solve the issue. It would be good if this could be added as it seems the mission runs without any issues, im just reluctant to fly without the live feed.

Hi Mike,
It looks like I inadvertently made the same post twice. Is that what you are pointing out? The other one could be deleted since this one has more activity.
Thanks.
It was so others can see the comment from Jim who is the creator of DL so they will know it’s a DJI issue, not DL. All you can do is contact DJI or wait to see if they add it.
Thanks for the link, Mike, but that thread hasn’t been updated in quite some time. People come to the forums looking for real help with current issues, but it feels like we’re just being directed back to old, inactive posts instead which provide no real information of any value. We are ideally looking to see if there is any up-to-date information on the RC Pro 2 + Mini 4 Pro video feed problem or if a resolution is in the pipeline.
As stated by Jim in that thread it’s DJI. There is no update because DJI has not done it. I suggest contacting DJI to see if or when they will be updating their controller for third party apps to get the live feed working.
Apologies, I misread the issue and thought it was the same issue we were tracking in the other thread I linked. As Miked stated, new hardware support is out of our control, and no, DJI has not added support for the RC Pro 2 yet to their SDK. You can hit refresh here: https://developer.dji.com/doc/mobile-sdk-tutorial/en/
Thanks for the clarification, Jim.
This thread has been helpful. Tim appreciate you asking because im having the same issue as you. Map works, takeoff works, and it flys the mission...just cant see the camera. I am using it in a small area so I can have visual of the drone.
Just have to wait for the update. Might have something to do with the ban.
Any news regarding RC Pro 2 video feed from Mini 4 Pro?
Hi Jorn Howlid. The link Jim gave is what you can check. As stated it’s up to DJI to make it compatible.
