Hi Jim.
I have the same problem, I have done everything that is indicated, I had not seen this thread, so I opened one. If the OTG cable was bad, it would not open DJI FLY.
I tried it on a mobile where it worked, this was before the update, I had not tried to use it again until today, and it happens to me on different mobiles. I have tried the 32 and 64 bit APKs, and many other things that are in my post, I think the problem comes from something deeper in the update. Because it also has all the permissions and the one to access the control appears.
What build number are you using?
3.4.0(1186) kernel 3.4
