AIR 2s "basic" package
Hello everyone , Could someone confirm to me that the €24.99 "basic" package allows waypoints for the DJI air2s because on the comparison of offers I see "DJIWaypoints" available only on the "Elite" package at €99.99 thank you in advance for your answers. Sorry for my English I try with google translate.

I found the same problem. I paid the basic package, and now is impossible to use for maps . They say have to pay $100
Our pricing page has a feature comparison:

I have to pay another $100 to get the Elite Package? or only the difference?
You confirm that the waypoints mode for DJI air 2s is only available with the "Elite" package

If your one question about DJI waypoints is referring to “onboard waypoints” then that will only work on Drones with that capability. The A2S does not support onboard capability. Just some info to consider. Also you only pay the difference as the link Jim gave explains.
how do you return to home on the elite package
RTH is built in to all DJI drones with a hardware button on the RC (doesn't matter what version of DL you are using).
So with the elite package I could use it with a air2s to create planned mapping missions? it's a hobby for me atm then I could take those images and import them into say drone deploy and create a 3d map?
Yes Christopher. it will work great for mapping.
does dronelink let you plan battery swaps as well?
Battery swaps will happen automatically based on what the DJI app is set at. Some apps will have the ability to change it but the DJI Fly app does not and triggers RTH for a swap at about 20%. You can add a component for low battery warning and set it as low as 15% but I’ve found it still triggers at about the same when running DL at about 17% to 18% regardless. Enjoy..
Yes, battery swaps will be handled automatically as Arizona noted. Also note that many drones have "smart return to home". This will initiate a RTH based on how much battery the drone calculates it needs to get back to the home point, and that can often be much earlier than whatever the battery %age is set to when operating over large distances.
Good point Barry. Some push to far and it can happen. 😬🤭
I want to confirm that I can't convert and upload to my AS2 the mission I want to run? Is that correct? Can I upload to an A2? Thanks for your help.
No, DJI has not released a consumer drone since the Mavic 2 Pro that supports onboard waypoints.
Thanks Jim.
