KMZ is NOT available in my premium subscription . Can I upgrade to the Elite
How much I should pay if I would upgrade to the Elite taking into the consideration, I have already do have Premium subscription level

Go into the Web app and click on the three dots at the top of the card. That will take you to your account settings and you can upgrade there. Hope this helps.
