Installation on Phantom 4 pro plus V1 controller: kernel unaviable

Hello,

I did the installation of app as is described here: https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025829973-How-do-I-install-the-native-app-on-DJI-monitors-

Everything is installed, but when I wan to load a plan I get a message: Unable to load plan:kernel unaviable. Please can you give me some advice how to repair this issue? Does anybody has the same probblem?
