Problema: Elevaciones del terreno no disponibles

I'm having trouble executing flight plans where you need to load the terrain heights as it tells me they are not available. I have tried to create new maps, copy and paste plans already made with success in other repositories but the problem still exists. I have also tried with different mobile devices and there is no solution. I am using a Samsung S10 +, so I think it is not a problem with the device or its capacity.

On the other hand, if I load plans already made if I execute the plan, the problem comes when I create new ones or modify existing ones. Is there any solution?

The truth is that I bought the Premium version just for this feature and I would like to continue using it, otherwise it would not be interesting for me.

Thanks a lot.

It is currently working for me. Can you share a mission plan that is causing the issue?

    Sorry I just saw this:

I bought the Premium version just for this feature

Premium doesn't have terrain follow. You have to be on one of the Business plans.

Since when is that? I have made more than 40 successful flights in which I have followed the terrain and I have not changed my plan.

Have the conditions been updated? What's more, in my account I have several flights scheduled taking into account the elevations of the terrain that I can execute without problems.

I would like you to clarify this for me.

The new hobbyist plans (as of 2021) do no have terrain follow. Your legacy plan (Premium 2020) still has it so it looks like maybe you are experiencing a different issue.

I am still not able to reproduce any issues with terrain follow right now, so can you either share a specific plan that is having the issue, or post the exact screenshot of the error?

But then with the plan that I bought in 2020 in which there was ground monitoring, will I be able to continue doing it or have the conditions changed?
I'm going to make another try and capture the error screen. In my next message I will leave that image.

We do not change the features in legacy plans after purchase. You can confirm which features are in your plan by clicking this button:

Esta es la captura de las funciones de mi plan Premium 2020 donde, como dices, se incluye el monitoreo del terreno. Voy a volar mi dron y capturar la pantalla de error para intentar solucionar el problema.

I leave the screenshot of the error I get when trying to run a map with heights of the terrain.

I insist that this has happened to me for two days and only in new plans. If I run previous flights it does it without problem.

This issue has already been corrected in the next version (2.5.0) which should be released sometime this week. If you want early access, you can join the beta.

    Thank you very much Jim.

I am waiting to test this new version and I am very grateful for the treatment and speed in handling the problem.
