Phantom Pro 3 Gimbal Shake - No connection

John Merryman
I have encountered a couple of errors the last couple of times I flew. I’m not sure if hardware, software or cabling causing the issue. I’ve tried several different cables for the Tripltek.

I have a Mavic Air 2 and Phantom Pro 3.  Like to fly them from my Tripltek Pro tablet as I can actually see in the sunlight.
I’ll list the specs below.

Today, was not able to connect to the Mavic Air 2 using Dronelink and the Tripltek tablet.  But, when I switched to the iPhone SE, no issues.

When I got the Phantom out, using Dronelink & the Tripltek, I got the message Gimbal Shake and connection not established.  But, after starting and stopping the drone, controller and app, it connected but would not take off.  It just sat with the props spinning.

With both drones, I was able to use my iPhone and both flew the same missions with zero issues.

Any direction would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Why is Dronelink unable to connect to my drone?

I got the message Gimbal Shake and connection not established.

    Can you post a screenshot?

Well, I tried to recreate several times at home, could not repeat with the tablet or phone. It would not connect with the cable I used before until I wiggled it. No gimbal shake message. Then it did.

I replaced the cable to the tablet with a high quality cable and it has not failed.
Sorry for the confusion but appreciate your quick response.
    Thanks
