dronelink tells me remote controller is unavailable forced stop on fly and lichi. anyone have any thoughts

Just about to give up, I have force stopped DJI FLY, LITCHI, LITCHI PILOT but DRONELINK will not recognise the controller. I have followed all the instructions to no avail; next stop uninstalls both LITCHI'S see if that makes any differences
How about 2.2?
