INCAPAZ DE TOMAR CONTROL MINI 4 PRO

Al intentar realizar la misión de vuelo programada desde la aplicación, el drone DJI Mini 4 Pro realiza el despegue se levanta un metro y me aparece un aviso de "incapaz de Tomar control Asegurese de que el interruptor de modo este configurado en N.", sin embargo en el control remoto el interruptor se encuentra ubicado en la posición N.

Also Make sure you have gone into the settings on your device and force stopped the DJI App. Otherwise the drone may be trying to connect to the Fly app and the two apps generally cannot be run at the same time.
