Ongoing Issues with Conflicts Between Dronelink and DJI Apps on Android/iOS
We’ve been experiencing persistent conflicts between the Dronelink app and the DJI apps on both Android and occasionally iOS. These issues have been significantly affecting our workflow, and despite our efforts, they continue to occur.
To clarify, we always ensure that both Dronelink and DJI apps are up to date. We also make sure that the DJI app is not running in the background while using Dronelink. However, the main issue we encounter is that the drone appears connected in the DJI app, but when we switch to the Dronelink app, no connection is found.
In some cases, the only way we’ve been able to resolve this issue is by uninstalling and reinstalling the Dronelink app. We primarily use Mavic 2 Mini drones, and this problem has occurred mostly with them.
Could you kindly provide guidance or any troubleshooting steps to address these issues? Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it’s hindering our ability to operate smoothly. thanks

If you've had dji fly open you need to force close it before opening Dronelink, i'd make sure you don't have a default program set to open when you turn the controller on, I fly mini 2 on android with Dronelink and have no such connection problems.
What android device are you using
Are you force closing the DJI app correctly? https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/13139796197011-How-properly-close-the-DJI-Pilot-App-on-Remote-Controllers-with-Screens-DJI-monitors
