Upgrading Dronelink Hobbyist+ (old) plan to Hobbist Elit
Is it possible to upgrade my old Hobbist+ Plan to Hobbist Elit Plan or should I by a full Hobbist Elit Plan? If it is possible to by an upgrade, please tell me how to do it?

You can upgrade and as always you only pay the difference, not the full amount of the Hobbyist plan. https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053186234-How-do-I-upgrade-my-account-Upgrade-my-plan
His was a bit of a special case because it was a very old legacy plan and those cases don't have a clear upgrade path. If you want features in the Elite plan you need to buy the Elite plan.
