How do I upgrade my account? Upgrade my plan?

You may be prompted to upgrade your account while using Dronelink if you attempt to access a feature that is not in your plan. Or you can select to upgrade your account.

 

Hobbyist plans can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Make sure you are logged in.

If you purchased a Professional plan at app.dronelink.com/pricing/professional, you can upgrade using the steps below.

If you want to upgrade a subscription purchased in the mobile app, contact support@dronelink.com

If you want to upgrade your Hobbyist plan to a Professional plan, contact support@dronelink.com

 

Upgrade Prompt

When you try to access a feature your plan does not include, a prompt will display. Click View Upgrades and you will be taken to the appropriate pricing page that includes a plan with the desired feature.

Upgrade from Account Settings

When logged in, you can open your account settings and select upgrade. Or navigate directly to the pricing page that has your desired plan (Hobbyist, Professional), and then click the Upgrade to Plan Name button. The system will prompt you with a list of eligible accounts to upgrade, and it will display the cost of the upgrade after choosing one of the accounts.

The cost to upgrade between plans that require a one-time payment is the price difference between the two plans. For example, upgrading from Basic ($24.99) to Premium ($49.99) costs $25.

You must be logged in to see the upgrade pricing.

 

NOTE: You cannot automatically upgrade from a Hobbyist to a Professional plan due to licensing differences, but you can contact support@dronelink.com if you want to do this upgrade manually. Also you can have more than one account associated with the same user profile.
