Air 2S - dronelink mission waypoint heights
If I change the altitude of the waypoints in a mission using the Dronelink app and then fly that mission, will the drone fly each waypoint at the new height I set?
Also, for the photo points at each of these waypoints, if I don’t change the gimbal angle or camera settings, will the drone still take the same shots as before?
I'm just a hobbyist trying to understand how it all works.
Thanks,
Enviro Steve

Yes, however each one may need to be set otherwise it may ascend up or down to any other waypoint if it is different. You can set the altitude on the mission card so it will make them all the same if that is what you want. So you don’t need to set each one unless you want any specific waypoint to be different. Any time you set the gimbal pitch, altitude, speed, heading or any other setting it’s no different then flying manually with the DJI app. It will only change if you change it at a waypoint or path marker. If you run the 3D mission preview it will show how the mission will run including all the set parameters. You can Check the DL support articles for further assistance. There is a ton of help. Hope that helps. https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/6278084109331-Waypoints-Mission-Component-Intro
