Can't log in to app
Hi. I became a "Basic" member yesterday and successfully downloaded DJI Air 2 app and it worked. However, today every time I try to use the app, it says my drone is not connected. I have DJI Mavric Air 2 drone.
I have no idea why it worked last yesterday but not today.
Please help.

Always check the DL help section which has a ton of information as well as searching this forum. Usually number 3 which keeps it from connecting. DJI Fly app cannot still be running in the background, it must be completely force closed.

Thank you Mike for trying to help. I have read that link before and I am newbie and just don't understand why it worked one day, but not the next.
Not to worry, I will get rid of this DJI drone and try something else.
I have the MA2 and have used it a lot for over 4 years with DL app. It works great so you are missing something simple. 90% of the time it’s either because you have not force closed the DJI Fly app or the controller mode switch is not in Normal, “P” position. The DJI Fly app cannot be running in the background. I ran a mission and no issues at all. What device are you using ?
