Hi Trevor. Sounds like it’s issue 3.1 in the DL article. Connecting on and off is usually due to not force closing the DJI Fly app. Check the link and follow the instructions on how to close it properly.

I have tried everything on that link, even deleted DJI fly app, still only connects for a second mabe and disconnects.
