Long distance waypoints...
Does your product allow me to create waypoints 5 miles away, and then continue the flight after the drone looses contact with the controller.
I live on a farm in rugged and uninhabited terrain and need to fly over a mile just to surveil my own property. I just bought a Fimi X8 SE that I was told would have no problem doing that, only to find it will not... Can your software help if I buy one of the drones you support; and, is there any chance of your making your software available for the Fimi X8 SE?

Yes, but it needs a higher level plan and not with that drone.
You could do this with a Phantom 4 pro v2 and after converting the mission to onboard waypoints - which you can see how to do that here: https://youtu.be/4F-W4HKJlmA?si=K7IOjr204fuyP0WJ
That said - you need to look into the battery life available for such a long flight.
I'm assuming you are not in the US because that would be legal to do because it would be BVLOS.
Thought I’d throw this in here which shows only supported drones which have SDK. All DJI except for a couple Autels. As Barry stated you would need to use an older drone which has Onboard Waypoints capability.
