Dji mini 3 pro - dronelink - Iphone: compatible?
Hey,
I recently got an Iphone as this is the only phone my work can provide.
I installed "Dronelink flight" from the apple store, but the drone doesn't connect in the app. However the drone connects automatically with Dji Fly.
Is dronelink not compatible with Iphones? If so is there no workaround?
Kind regards,
Daniel Larsson

If you go here and click on the little (i) icon next to Mini 3 Pro it will take you to this page
https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/15304402363411-Mini-3-Mini-3-Pro-Support-Overview
There you will see that the Mini 3 Pro is only compatible with Android devices.
Hi again,
Is it possible that it iOS + drone link + DJI mini 3 pro will be compatible in the future?
Unlikely. It is not supported because DJI has decided not to support iOS devices with their SDK. Unless they change that - and it's been a few years now since they started doing that - there is no way that the good folks at Dronelink (or any other 3rd party provider) can do about it.
Hi Barry,
Thank you for the info!
I'm thinking about buying a cheap Android phone only to fly with dronelink.
The ones Im looking at is Samsung Galaxy s7-9.
I have seen that 32bit phones are not supported. Are there any other thumb rule? Like release year of phone?
Kind regards,
Daniel Larsson

Dronelink is quite a processor intensive program. You might get away with an older device but, generally speaking, you need a better device to avoid poor performance.
One thing that might help is this spreadsheet which has a lot of devices listed along with how well they perform.
