DJI Mini 3 Pro 48mp
Hi all
I'm a noob here and did try to check for an answer but couldn't find the answer. As I understand it, DL supports 48mp with the mini 3 pro (pro growth) which is excellent news. My question is, when using adaptive speed to slow the drone for the images, if the drone hasn't for some reason finished processing the image in time for the next point, will it stop at the next point and wait before moving off to the next?
Thanks I Advanced
Regards

What do you mean by adaptive speed?
Hi
I have seen the adaptive speed and understand how I works but I was wondering what would happen if for some reason, the previous photo hasn't finished processing by th3 time the next was supposed to be taken. Will it stop and wait for the pr3vious to finish, take the n3xt and th3n carry on?
Are you referring to the high wind tolerance setting?
What I mean is, 48mp takes a while to process the image, so if the drone gets to the next capture point before the last image has finished processing, what does it do? Wait for it to finish or does it just hit capture and move on, thus missing that image? I tested today and it seems it does the latter. I figure a work around in to set the max speed and capture speed accordingly. That said, I don't suppose it'd be a bit of a ball ache to code that feature?
If you what it to stop you need to convert to an inspection mission: https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410792151059-Inspection-Mission-Component-Create-an-Inspection-Mission-using-Converter
I have figured out the max flight speeds for 100m and 50m to give enough time for image processing and max speeds for capture at both altitudes for shutter speeds from 1/50 to 1/800 (after 800 it's irrelevant because it aceeds the max flight speeds) and I will test them. If the settings work well then I will post the tables here for others.
Out of curiosity, will the app wait for the processing to finish before moving to the next point in inspections?
Yes
