Waypoint Plan for Horizontal Shooting
I'm a landscaping student who's trying to create a database of gardens viewed from the street for a college project. I'm to looking to create a waypoint map that has waypoints up and down the street taking near horizontal photos of peoples gardens. I'll be going with an 18 foot altitude and probably a 5 degree gimbal angle. The gimbal heading will be really challenging to estimate but it will be aligning with the street to take photos on either side of the street.
Can anyone suggest a better process than manually creating a massive number of waypoints? I'm looking at still photos only.
I've recently purchased the hobbyist premium account and trying to map a specific scenario. The linear path business plan may do this but I cannot afford that monthly fee and it is for my research studies.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Really depends where the op is flying, none of that would be a problem here in the UK, as long as you follow the drone code
The permissions are not an issue. To complete this I was hoping to do a waypoint plan with waypoints at the start and end of each street. I have the speed set to 9.32 miles per hour and will be taking continuous photos with a 5 second photo interval which should take a photo every 68 feet. Unfortunately I cannot control gimbal pitch and direction with my subscription for continuous photo so back to the drawing board.
The orthophoto map I have successfully completed has the drone varying significantly in speed so I'm concerned that Dronelink will not maintain a constant speed to allow me to use a continuous photo option even if I do upgrade. Back to trying to plot a hundred individual photos unless anyone can suggest a better way.
If you want accuracy, there is no way around making the drone come to a complete stop, either with a bunch of Photo components, or the Inspection component.
For anyone trying to acheive this task I've successfully done this using the waypoint mission and using the drone heading input and gimbal pitch controls with continuous photo set. I'll play with Jim's suggestion of stop and inspection components but the only slight issue I have is the heading control pivoting as it gets to the next waypoint where a different drone heading is specified. I'm blown away at how well Dronelink is handling the task.
