I suggest you follow this link to make sure you've got the correct version, and one of the so called smart controllers isn't capable of running Dronelink

If it’s the actual RC Pro then follow the link Martin gave. If it’s the very old original SC then I’d suggest not using it with the DL app. It is considered by today’s standards as ancient and the DL app needs a modern hardware device. That old controller isn’t even officially supported by DL and DJI abandoned any support a couple years ago. Also it is only available on some drones.
