I can't logon via my iPad

Dear support,

I can't logon via my iPad (8th Gen 128 GB, latest iOS)

Error message: [firebase_auth/user_not_found] there is no user record....

It wasn't even possible to create an account via iPad or iPhone because the buttons did not react. On my windows notebook it worked.

I am not doing crossover tests as on location I am using my iPad.

BTW: @support - offering support via email only for premium accounts (where to get a premium is a secret) is pretty arrogant.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues Sven. It looks like you created an account in our support system, but unfortunately our web/native apps use a different login system as described here. You can sign up for the web/native apps on our pricing page here.

    To clarify a few points on our support policy:

    1. We are not hiding the fact that email support only comes with Elite, Starter, and Growth plans. It is listed right on our pricing page
    2. If it was difficult to find the pricing page because you discovered Dronelink from the App Store, that is by design due to Apple's App Store policy (as discussed here). It is a bummer for sure.
    3. We prefer people to post their support requests to the forums because most requests don't actually need to be private and the answers help other users. It also saves you money because you don't have to upgrade to the more expensive plan to get the same quality of answers.
    4. As to the quality of answers, I answer all email and forum posts, and my answers are high quality because I wrote all the code behind Dronelink.

    I meant to ask, can you send a screenshot of the buttons that didn't work on the iPad?
