I can't logon via my iPad
Dear support,
I can't logon via my iPad (8th Gen 128 GB, latest iOS)
Error message: [firebase_auth/user_not_found] there is no user record....
It wasn't even possible to create an account via iPad or iPhone because the buttons did not react. On my windows notebook it worked.
I am not doing crossover tests as on location I am using my iPad.
BTW: @support - offering support via email only for premium accounts (where to get a premium is a secret) is pretty arrogant.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues Sven. It looks like you created an account in our support system, but unfortunately our web/native apps use a different login system as described here. You can sign up for the web/native apps on our pricing page here.
To clarify a few points on our support policy:
I meant to ask, can you send a screenshot of the buttons that didn't work on the iPad?
