Mavic Mini map mission loses video and logs after battery change
Flew a map mission today to try to replicate a problem with an earlier map mission. The problem both times (two different missions) was the same. After the first battery is low and the 15 go_home command is executed followed by a 12 auto_landing (got a message on the screen to the effect that control has been lost), installed a fresh battery and resumed the mission pressing the Play icon (timeline showing the mission nearly complete). The drone resumed the mission, completed mapping but on take-off video on the iPhone display showed a still of the end of the landing, reviewing the logs no log was created for the second leg (and the second leg was not reflected in the initial log). When the mission was complete I had it set to auto land (should have set it to RTH in retrospect), aborted that (as the drone was far from me) but with no video to guide me it would have been difficult to navigate to home so I switched to DJI fly, got video back and flew it home manually.
Looking at the mini SD card files, the last photo captured was from the first flight, while the drone flew the second leg and made the photo capture sound at the appropriate times, no photos were actually captured during the flight with the new battery.

The Mavic Mini RC connection is fickle. You may need to perform steps 4 and/or 5 of this article on battery swaps.
