The Mavic Air 2 support is still in beta and has several issues related to the DJI SDK.

Went out to the field to do some tests with the Mavic Air 2. My experience is the same as the original poster.

I started looking into the Dronelink Beta application. Once I get Dronelink 2.0 installed, it launches, after I accept all permissions, it force crashes and refuses to open again.

    Looking forward to continued updates!

Just to verify, it isn't my side? I recently purchased Dronelink last night went to test it a few mins ago and the camera popped up for 2 seconds then I clicked the map and it disappeared and never re-appeared. I don't know about location unavailable as I never tried to launch the mission as I am a skeptic when it comes to 3rd party apps, Litchi awhile back landed my drone with no know reason all my settings were good and logs indicated a auto-land was never initiated, but anyways so this is SDK side and not my client side right?

EDIT: I did try restarting drone, device, and application as well as reinstalling the application and clearing data of the app.

Maybe Pilots who have purchased Dronelink for MA2, should be warned at startup it doesn't function as of yet.

I too have the same "location unavailable" issue, and no matter what I've tried, following previous posts, it will not run the mission.   Happy to test Beta when beta is at least functional.

    my 2 cents respectively.

Just a suggestion but I’ve been on the Dronelink Facebook Group which has helped on a few occasions. Also some of the others have had issues which were fixed by following others suggestions. I know one of the issues with the MA2 Beta version is some where installing the Beta and still having the Native app installed. I deleted both the Regular Native App and Beta Test app. You cannot have both installed or Beta will not work properly. Once I installed the Beta app version only it works with only a few bugs like camera settings. Overall everything is solid and missions work. At this point until the Beta version is fully up and running as the Native app, I just set my camera settings manually and run the mission without any issues. The missions I ran with video settings set up ran perfect. I’m only having a problem when setting the camera settings with taking photo intervals.

Also if the camera view is not working I’ve found that tabbing over and starting the DJI Fly app briefly to load everything usually gets camera working with Dronelink. Once camera is working then I just tab over and close DJI Fly app.  I’m sure once the Beta is fully working it will all perform correctly.

    Hope this helps.

Again, if both Native app and Beta are installed just delete both and install just the Beta version only for MA2. Good luck.

I've got the same problem...no telemetry data and the camera display is blank...I have only the beta version installed on my android (Pixel3aXL). Camera of course fully functional on the DJI fly app.

I have since deleted the beta and reinstalled.  The camera now works but there is still no telemetry data being transmitted, and thus, any mission fails.  Will keep looking for an answer.
