Bob Reagan

I upgraded from basic to premium, but the upgrade price is the same ($40) as the initial purchase price? And now I have two accounts, one basic, one premium. The repository I created was not carried forward to the premium account.

I am now officially confused. Please help me straighten this out.

I want to know too. I have Basic. If I had purchased Premium initially, would that have been $40? If so, surely the upgrade should be another $20?

...and I wouldn't want another account!

The pricing page should give you the option to upgrade an existing plan for the cost of the new plan - the cost of the current plan (assuming you are logged in and have an eligible account). Bob, please email support@dronelink.com and we can delete/refund the extra account.

Sadly, the pricing page doesn't work as described. I just tried to upgrade to Premium from Basic whilst logged in. The charge would be $40.

Can you please send a screenshot of your pricing page to support@dronelink.com?

Jim has clarified - after selecting to upgrade, you need to click on your current account level, not new account!

    Hello:

Is there any way I can try the product for a month and then upgrade to a subscription?
