tablet problems

Hi people

I have an ASUS P027 tablet, it's about 3 years old and i'm having trouble using dronelink on it, the app downloads fine but i cannot link my mavic mini to it, the app works fine with my galaxy note 10, and the tablet works fine with DJI fly app, i'm scratching my head as to why i cant link them, can anyone help?

Thanks for your help, I'll take the DJI app off and try it

Uninstalled dji fly, still not working

You don't have to completely uninstall it, just make sure it isn't running in the background. The article lists several other steps as well.
