I am using dji fly with a mavic air 2
everything works well.
Purchased the premium pkg
created a simple mission
I have the app on my iphone 11
mission loads in the app
drone is on
remote c is on
how do i start mission
same happens on my iPad

The RC needs to be in P mode. Also, see this on how to take over (by switching out of P mode):

The Mavic Air 2 is not yet supported.
